As an Applied Scientist, you will engage in the following tasks::
- Develop and refine long-term scientific research roadmaps to address complex challenges in technology;; Design and implement machine learning algorithms and systems that enhance the inference of foundational models;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced NLP and IR methods into our products;; Optimize and deploy ML models for maximum efficiency and accuracy;; Conduct experiments and analyze data to validate the performance of new algorithms and technologies;; Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and information retrieval to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge

- Familiarity with inference engines like vLLM or TGI
- Knowledge of classical Information Retrieval models is advantageous
- Experience in developing generative machine learning models
- Background in patents or publications at esteemed peer-reviewed conferences or journals
