As a Crypto Investment Analyst, you will be integral to our efforts in recognizing and assessing nascent cryptocurrencies and Web3 initiatives that hold the promise of substantial financial returns. Your role will involve in-depth market research and analysis aimed at uncovering undervalued assets and crafting innovative investment theses that may go against mainstream perspectives. Your findings will have a direct impact on our investment strategies and will be pivotal in our mission to optimize returns for our clients. You will be expected to engage with a variety of projects, provide thorough evaluations, and articulate your insights to our investment committee.

Scout for early-stage crypto and Web3 projects with high ROI potential, focusing on those that are not yet widely recognized;; Conduct comprehensive analyses to develop and present unique, non-consensus investment hypotheses regarding selected projects;; Prepare detailed investment memos that clearly articulate your analysis, ROI expectations, and risk management strategies;; Create and deliver compelling presentations to the investment committee, showcasing your insights and defending your investment theses;; Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends, technologies, and regulatory developments in the crypto and blockchain space to inform decision-making;; Collaborate with the investment team to fine-tune investment strategies and enhance the overall performance of the firm's portfolio
