We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Venture Strategy to lead our efforts in identifying and nurturing innovative Web3 and AI startups. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to source and evaluate investment opportunities within the rapidly evolving digital asset landscape. You will engage with entrepreneurs and investors alike, guiding emerging companies through the complexities of venture funding and providing insights to enhance their growth potential. You will play a crucial part in our fellowship program, helping to educate and mentor aspiring venture capitalists and founders as they embark on their investment journeys. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our investment thesis and driving the success of our portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with our mission of promoting the enterprise adoption of utility-driven digital assets.
