JR AI/ML Engineer

Job Description:

    We are in search of a talented and driven AI/ML Engineer who will play a crucial role in our team, specifically working on a contract with the Department of Defense's Defense Information Systems Agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions that drive data-informed decision-making. The position requires a strong foundation in data analytics, cloud technologies, and data governance, alongside a comprehensive understanding of AI/ML algorithms and the processes involved in data preparation and model deployment within a secure federal context. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring the integrity and security of data throughout all AI/ML initiatives while keeping abreast of the latest advancements in the field.

Key responsibilities include developing AI/ML models, collaborating with team members across various disciplines, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.:

    Design and implement AI/ML models to support data-driven decision-making processes.;; Work collaboratively with data scientists, data engineers, and other stakeholders to create and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions.;; Maintain a high standard of data quality, integrity, and security across all AI/ML projects.;; Engage in ongoing research to stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in AI/ML.;; Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.;; Align AI/ML initiatives with organizational goals in close partnership with the Chief Data Officer.;; Document processes and maintain comprehensive records of AI/ML models and methodologies.
