Job Description:
- We are seeking a (Junior) Data Scientist to drive the data and AI initiatives successfully at our company. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to implement analytical methods that enhance operational processes and facilitate more informed strategic decisions. Your business acumen combined with data science expertise will be pivotal in advancing our data and AI strategies. You will identify key questions in partnership with subject matter experts, ensuring that data science delivers tangible financial value. As part of the global data and AI community, you will employ a diverse range of statistical and machine learning techniques to evaluate actions, generate forecasts, and optimize business processes. You will also manage data preparation, linking relevant data sources to ensure robust analyses. Working in interdisciplinary and agile teams, you will tackle projects and present findings to stakeholders and management on a regular basis.

As a Junior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing complex problems and scenarios, deriving insights, and communicating these findings to non-technical audiences.:

Qualifications:
- Degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Econometrics or Data Science
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct regression analysis and apply machine learning and optimization techniques
- Experience with statistical and econometric concepts such as effectiveness testing, impact analysis, forecasting, and selection bias
- Proficient in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
