Job Description:

As a member of the Data Science team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the organization towards becoming a data-driven and AI-enabled entity. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will develop innovative AI applications that drive business advancements. Your responsibilities will encompass working directly with colleagues to understand their needs, ensuring that data science contributes genuine financial value. Your tasks will involve cleaning and linking relevant data sources to facilitate comprehensive analyses. You will leverage cutting-edge algorithms during the Proof-of-Concept phase to optimize various business processes. Once a project's technical viability is established, you will work alongside departments to demonstrate the financial impact of models in practical settings. You'll also be responsible for transitioning projects to operational status, often in collaboration with IT colleagues. Throughout all phases of projects, you will participate in interdisciplinary, agile teams and regularly present new findings to stakeholders and management.
