Job Description:
- We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Data Scientist who is eager to contribute to the advancement of data and AI initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to leverage analytical methods aimed at enhancing operational processes and making more informed strategic decisions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply a wide array of statistical and mathematical methods, as well as machine learning techniques, to evaluate measures, forecast outcomes, and optimize business processes. You will utilize a modern cloud-based Big Data platform, ensuring that your analyses are based on clean, well-integrated data sources. Working within interdisciplinary, agile teams, you will manage projects and present your findings to stakeholders and management on a regular basis.

Qualifications:
- Completed degree in (Business) Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on econometrics or data science.
- Strong proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Excellent understanding of regression analysis, machine learning, and optimization methods, particularly using Python, Spark, or R.
- Experience with statistical and/or econometric concepts such as efficacy testing, impact analysis, forecasting, and selection bias.
- Ability to comprehend complex questions and scenarios, perform detailed analyses, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
