Job Description:

Join us as a Machine Learning Operations Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare software. Our mission is to ensure that vital medical information is always accessible, ultimately improving patient care and outcomes. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing MLOps workflows that encompass every aspect of the machine learning lifecycle, including model training, validation, deployment, and continuous monitoring. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to ensure that machine learning models are seamlessly integrated into our systems and are continuously optimized for performance. Furthermore, you will contribute to the establishment of best practices across the organization and assist various business units in adopting these practices. Your efforts will also involve developing and maintaining the infrastructure necessary for scalable and reliable machine learning operations while overseeing the lifecycle management of deployed ML applications. As part of this role, you will enhance CI/CD workflows specific to machine learning projects, ensuring that all pipelines are secure and efficient. Your mentorship of junior team members will be invaluable as you potentially transition into a leadership position.

Your primary responsibilities will include the design and implementation of robust MLOps workflows, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the establishment of best practices across the organization.:

Design MLOps workflows for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring;; Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers for model integration and continuous improvement;; Establish and promote best practices for machine learning operations across the company;; Develop and maintain infrastructure for scalable and reliable ML operations;; Support lifecycle management of deployed ML applications;; Optimize CI/CD workflows specific to machine learning projects;; Ensure security and performance of ML pipelines;; Mentor junior team members and assist in their professional development
