Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Managing Director to lead our venture capital efforts focused on investing in innovative Pre-Seed and Seed-stage startups in the Web3 and AI sectors. This pivotal role involves strategizing and executing investment opportunities that enhance enterprise adoption of utility-driven digital assets. You will be instrumental in fostering relationships within the startup ecosystem, guiding emerging companies, and driving the growth of our venture community. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the crypto landscape and a strong network of contacts within the industry. You will also oversee our fellowship program, mentoring aspiring venture fellows and helping them cultivate their skills in venture investing and entrepreneurship. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of our investment strategy and expanding our portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, while also providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies.:

Identify and assess investment opportunities in early-stage startups.;; Conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis on potential investments.;; Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and industry experts.;; Lead discussions with limited partners and stakeholders about investment strategies and portfolio performance.;; Mentor and guide fellow venture capitalists and aspiring founders through our fellowship program.;; Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the Web3 and AI sectors.
