Job Description:
- We are seeking a knowledgeable Project Manager AI / Data Scientist to join our AI Implementation Team. In this role, you will actively engage in leading and managing projects that empower our business units to leverage advanced technologies including Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and statistics to enhance their operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning solutions, guiding projects from initial prototypes to full production deployment. Your expertise will support business units in adopting cutting-edge AI methodologies and provide centralized resources for data analysis, modeling, and tool development. You will also be tasked with presenting your findings and the systems you develop to various stakeholders, both internal and external, and identifying new technologies and innovations in the fields of statistics, machine learning, and NLP that could provide competitive advantages in the insurance sector. Collaboration is key, and you will network with existing quantitative units and IT to cultivate a vibrant AI community within the organization.

- Lead and manage AI projects to improve business outcomes;; Develop machine learning solutions from concept through to production;; Provide expert guidance on AI methodologies to business units;; Present analytical findings to stakeholders;; Identify and evaluate new technologies in machine learning and NLP
