Your insights will be instrumental in determining which data sources can help us better understand our customers and how we can effectively leverage them to enhance our communication processes and automate routine tasks. As a Senior Data / Machine-Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive data science and automation initiatives.:

Effectively support the data science and automation efforts of our digital insurance platform;; Oversee end-to-end processes from data acquisition to the deployment of data science models within a cross-functional agile team;; Build, maintain, and enhance the necessary data pipelines and architecture;; Provide data, conduct hypothesis-driven analyses, derive insights, and present findings to stakeholders;; Design, develop, implement, and continuously optimize analytics models integrated into ongoing processes;; Focus on customer-centric and KPI-driven design, implementation, and optimization of digital services and business processes aimed at full automation and exceptional customer experiences
