As a Venture Fund Associate, you will be immersed in our fellowship program, designed to equip you with essential skills in venture investing and startup building. Over the course of eight weeks, you will gain insights into effective deal sourcing, due diligence, and collaborative engagement with seasoned venture capitalists, ultimately preparing you for a future role as a Venture Partner or Core Contributor. This program is not just an educational experience but a gateway into an exclusive network of investors and founders, providing you with lifelong access to our investment community and alumni network.

As a Venture Fund Associate, your primary responsibilities will include evaluating emerging investment prospects within the crypto and Web3 sectors, conducting thorough research and analysis to support investment decisions, and collaborating with other team members to refine investment strategies.:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential investment opportunities;; Assist in the due diligence process by analyzing financial models and business plans;; Participate in meetings with founders and entrepreneurs to assess their value propositions;; Develop pitch materials and presentations for potential investments;; Engage with the investor community to share insights and foster relationships
