Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled Agile Scrum Master to lead and facilitate agile project management practices within our client’s financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing medium-sized technology projects, with an emphasis on cross-domain collaboration and enterprise-wide initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team adheres to agile principles, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, and effectively communicating progress to stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying risks and resolving challenges, making it essential for the Scrum Master to possess strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex situations. The position is a 12+ month contract opportunity and is based in Pennington, NJ, with additional locations in Plano, TX, and Charlotte, NC.

As an Agile Scrum Master, you will take on various responsibilities that ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role involves leading the agile ceremonies, coaching the development teams, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the team.:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings;; Remove impediments that hinder team progress;; Support product owners in managing the product backlog;; Use metrics to measure team performance and drive improvements;; Communicate project status and updates to senior management;; Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability within the team
