Job Description:
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic Building Group in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating the efforts of the project team, ensuring that all communications and documentation related to construction projects are managed effectively. You will assist in various aspects of project management, including bid solicitation and estimate functions, while also preparing and maintaining essential logs for submittals and RFIs. Your ability to document and communicate scope changes and their impacts will be vital to the success of each project. You will also be responsible for preparing meeting agendas and minutes, along with collecting and organizing project close-out documents. The role requires active participation in construction meetings with various stakeholders, ensuring that all correspondence is conducted professionally and efficiently.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist in the overall management and execution of construction projects, ensuring timely communication and documentation.:
