Job Description:

    We are looking for a proactive and skilled Chief Operating Officer to join our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing the organization's daily operations while strategically guiding the company towards its long-term objectives. This role demands a transformative leader who can cultivate a collaborative and innovative workplace culture while ensuring operational excellence across all departments. The COO will be responsible for implementing effective business strategies that drive growth and enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership teams, providing support and direction to help achieve departmental objectives. The COO will conduct strategic planning sessions to explore new business development opportunities and oversee change management processes during organizational transitions. Monitoring key performance indicators will be crucial for forecasting operational performance and identifying potential areas for improvement, ultimately fostering a culture of continuous improvement through innovative problem-solving.

  • Knowledge of winery operations, including vineyard management, winemaking, direct-to-consumer marketing, and wine club operations
