- We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Executives to join our team at the Mercedes branch in Aberdeen. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences, engaging with clients to ignite their passion for our vehicles. As a Product Genius, you will immerse yourself in our products and hone your communication skills, both in-person and online, to guide customers through their purchasing journey. Your expertise will encompass every stage of the sales process, from initial inquiries to the final delivery and beyond. This position is ideal for a customer service champion who thrives on creating outstanding experiences and is eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will undertake a variety of tasks to enhance the customer experience.:
- Prepare the showroom and vehicles for daily operations;; Assist in maintaining showroom presentation and marketing efforts;; Support the Sales department in delivering top-notch customer service;; Organize and accompany customers during test drives;; Gain in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and manufacturers;; Guide customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs;; Enhance the overall customer journey from initial inquiry to final delivery
