Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Scrum Master to lead and facilitate agile project management processes within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and will be responsible for coaching team members, managing the Scrum framework, and ensuring the effective execution of sprints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving project success and delivering high-quality outcomes.

As an IT Scrum Master, you will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to the following::

Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;; Coaching team members on Agile best practices;; Removing impediments that hinder team progress;; Collaborating with Product Owners to manage the product backlog;; Tracking and reporting on team progress and performance
