Job Description:
- We are looking for a motivated Jr Project Manager / Coordinator who will play a key role in assisting our Project and QA Managers to deliver exceptional results. In this role, you will collect and analyze essential data to enhance the quality of reports and presentations that communicate project status updates to stakeholders. You will offer governance expertise to stakeholders seeking inputs, submissions, and approvals for reports. Additionally, you will prepare meeting agendas in collaboration with the Chairperson and ensure their distribution to the relevant teams. The organization of project meetings will be one of your primary responsibilities, which includes sending calendar invites, booking meeting rooms, and arranging virtual conferencing details. After each meeting, you will produce high-quality and concise minutes promptly shared with all team members. Ensuring that all materials align with established standards and requirements will be crucial, as will the creation of consolidated documentation in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel formats. You will also conduct review meetings alongside the Chairperson and liaise with relevant parties to make necessary revisions. Understanding our clients' business challenges will be vital as you engage in requirements gathering, client interviews, and documenting processes for effective communication with various audiences. You will be responsible for designing and proposing potential solutions, weighing the pros and cons, and identifying any associated risks. This role will also require you to build and execute project plans, coordinating statuses, issues, and risks while providing clarity on responsibilities to ensure successful business outcomes.
