Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Project Coordinator to support our Project Management Office (PMO) in effectively planning, executing, and completing a variety of projects. This role is essential in ensuring that projects meet established deadlines and adhere to organizational standards. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for all project management processes, procedures, and documentation for one of the largest sports organizations in the world. The PMO Project Coordinator will also play a crucial role in managing project documentation, coordinating team training programs, and preparing necessary materials to ensure smooth operations within the PMO. Excellent communication skills will be vital as this position involves attending departmental meetings, transcribing minutes, and assisting project managers with risk management and issue tracking.

The PMO Project Coordinator will manage various project-related tasks and ensure efficient workflow within the PMO department.:

    Support the planning, execution, and completion of projects;; Serve as a Point of Contact for project management processes;; Manage and maintain project documentation including templates, reports, and schedules;; Assist in organizing team training sessions and prepare materials;; Attend meetings and accurately transcribe minutes;; Help project managers with risk, action item, and issue logs;; Monitor shared email inboxes for project-related correspondence;; Prepare reports and analyze data related to project activities;; Assist system administrators with daily administrative tasks
