Job Description:

We specialize in nuclear fuel supply, along with automation, maintenance, testing, and decommissioning services for clients around the globe. We are currently seeking a Principal Project Manager to bolster our Parts Business in the EMEA region. This pivotal role involves translating our strategic objectives into effective market penetration strategies for Westinghouse's OEM Nuclear Power Plants while also developing value-added offerings to enter non-Westinghouse Nuclear Power Plants, ultimately driving the highest growth rates across the regions. The Parts Business at Westinghouse is characterized by a fast-paced and high-volume environment, necessitating exceptional customer-facing skills to resolve client challenges effectively by leveraging our extensive experience and technical expertise.

The Principal Project Manager will oversee the comprehensive execution of all project delivery processes for parts supplied to Nordic customers, ensuring alignment with Westinghouse's established protocols.:

    Manage all aspects of parts deliveries, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and stakeholder engagement.;; Interpret and communicate part scope requirements and changes to functional teams in accordance with the integrated change management process.;; Coordinate communications among various stakeholders, including local support functions and customers, to keep them informed about part statuses.;; Utilize financial, scheduling, document management, and resource management systems/tools as per local procedures and standards.;; Identify opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation for future projects.;; Facilitate seamless collaboration with support functions and organizational groups.;; Assist in developing part offerings for customers and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.;; Support the introduction of new part offerings to the market in collaboration with the sales team.;; Manage order execution and data management within the organizational systems.
