Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Program Manager to spearhead challenging and dynamic programs at SEB. In this pivotal position, you will oversee various initiatives aimed at digital transformation, the introduction of innovative products, and compliance with new regulations, among other critical areas. As our industry rapidly evolves, you will help us stay ahead of the curve by adapting our financial solutions to better serve our customers. You will manage projects across the organization in an agile setting, ensuring that our transformation efforts are not only successful but also sustainable for the future of banking. As a member of the central project team within Group CIO, you will focus on leveraging technology to shape the future of banking, working in areas like Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Management.

As a Program Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs.:

Lead the strategic planning and implementation of major programs, ensuring alignment with business goals;; Manage dependencies and risks effectively to minimize disruptions;; Facilitate prioritization of tasks and coordinate project progress while proactively addressing obstacles;; Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to foster collaboration;; Work closely with a project sponsor, typically a senior business manager, to ensure project alignment;; Apply agile methodologies to coach and guide teams toward optimal performance
