Project Manager

Job Description:

    We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and ensure the successful planning and execution of our project portfolio management, process improvement initiatives, and delivery team support. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various factors that contribute to the success of projects and programs, ensuring that tasks are completed within the defined time, scope, and budget while delivering the functionalities agreed upon in the initiatives. You will provide essential project management support across various Loftware projects, creating and maintaining sound project management processes throughout the organization. As our Project Manager, you will prepare detailed project plans for multi-phase initiatives, ensuring that projects adhere to quality standards, budgets, and timelines. You will lead delivery teams remotely, fostering a motivating environment while adhering to best practices and methodologies. Your role will also involve coaching and mentoring project team members, managing project scopes, and proactively identifying opportunities for further expansion within our customer base.

The Project Manager will handle a range of responsibilities to ensure project success and team development.:

    Monitor and control project portfolio performance;; Provide support to project delivery teams to enhance their growth and performance;; Create, innovate, and document new processes and standard operating procedures;; Understand and apply knowledge of Loftware's technical systems and architectural solutions;; Prepare comprehensive project plans for initiatives with multiple phases;; Ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards;; Lead remote delivery teams and motivate members to achieve project goals;; Manage changes in initiative scope and time management in accordance with program objectives;; Define success criteria and communicate them effectively throughout the project lifecycle;; Report on metrics and manage deployment of project outcomes;; Delegate responsibilities and tasks with clear expectations;; Coach and mentor team members while addressing any necessary adjustments;; Monitor and resolve project-related issues and conflicts;; Identify and communicate opportunities for expansion within the customer base;; Establish and maintain effective project management processes
