Job Description:
- As a crucial Sales Leader, you will spearhead the development and management of a dedicated team of Account Executives. Your role will involve not only participating but also leading client and prospect meetings, working hand-in-hand with various internal partners and corporate resources as necessary. A significant part of your responsibility will be to mentor and develop your sales team, which includes recruiting, hiring, and training new members on effective sales processes. Reporting on sales activities and providing accurate forecasts to senior sales management will also be a key expectation in this role. Your responsibilities will encompass several critical tasks aimed at driving sales success and team development.:
- Provide mentorship and support to direct reports by actively participating in client and prospect meetings;; Recruit, hire, and train new team members, ensuring they are well-versed in the sales process;; Coach direct reports on effective sales strategies to enhance win rates;; Accurately report on sales activities and forecasts to senior management;; Monitor team sales activities consistently and track results;; Lead demand generation initiatives to boost customer engagement;; Develop and implement successful sales campaigns;; Engage at C-level within enterprise customer organizations to build relationships;; Address and resolve significant client concerns and issues;; Collaborate with internal partners to maintain consistency in processes and achieve team success;; Establish corporate relationships and executive engagement to support overall success
