As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the team through the agile process and ensuring that best practices are implemented effectively.:
- Collect and analyze requirements to support project development;; Document and communicate results, including Requirements Backlog and Test Cases;; Write user stories to facilitate development and deployment;; Assist in gathering business-focused requirements for the product team;; Collaborate with Product Owners to define backlog priorities;; Ensure usability and user experience are at the forefront of solution development;; Act as a liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and users;; Manage Application Service Tickets and procedural documentation;; Perform as the primary or backup Scrum Master as needed
