As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading the Agile transformation across teams and ensuring the effective adoption of Scrum practices. Your role will involve facilitating key Scrum events and fostering a collaborative environment for all stakeholders involved in the projects.:
- Act as an Agile advocate and mentor for development teams and product owners;; Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives;; Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project goals and priorities;; Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress;; Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating feedback and implementing actionable changes;; Communicate project progress and risks effectively to stakeholders
