SCRUM Master
Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced SCRUM Master to join our team in the Stuttgart area. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating a scaled SCRUM environment across multiple teams, ensuring that agile principles are adhered to and that teams operate in an autonomous and self-organized manner. You will play a key role in coaching teams, promoting a culture of openness and trust, and acting as a central point of contact for all matters related to Agile and SCRUM. Additionally, you will develop and conduct training sessions and workshops focused on agility, SCRUM principles, and role understanding. Your proactive approach will help spread the agile mindset among stakeholders, even outside of SCRUM teams, and you will be integral in implementing and maintaining learnings to accelerate agile transition across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of existing areas into agile environments, embedding them into a holistic approach.

As a SCRUM Master, you will facilitate and ensure the success of various SCRUM ceremonies and practices across multiple teams.:
- Moderate and organize SCRUM meetings, ensuring they are productive and focused, Manage conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder team progress, Coach teams to adopt and maintain an autonomous, self-organizing work style based on agile principles, Promote a culture of openness and trust within project teams, Serve as a central point of contact for all Agile and SCRUM-related inquiries, Build and maintain relationships for exchange and synchronization with other agile areas within the company, Develop and conduct training and workshops on agility, SCRUM, values, and understanding of roles, Proactively disseminate the agile mindset among stakeholders outside of SCRUM teams, Implement and maintain learnings to speed up and enhance the agile transition and scaled approach, Transform existing areas into an agile environment, integrating them into a comprehensive approach, Share knowledge with other SCRUM Masters and Product Owners

Qualifications:
- Several years of experience as an active participant in an agile project
- Proven experience as a SCRUM Master or Agile Coach in agile projects
- Familiarity with development tools and processes
- including Continuous Integration and Delivery
- Strong self-motivation and systematic work approach
- Excellent communication skills and persuasive presence
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to take initiative and assertiveness
- Fluent in both German and English
