Job Description:

Join our innovative team as a Scrum Master where you will play a pivotal role in guiding our agile development teams towards success. You will be instrumental in organizing and leading sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and other essential ceremonies while also managing the team's backlog and monitoring deliverables. Your expertise will help the team fully understand and adhere to Scrum and Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration, communication, and active participation. Additionally, you will work closely with the team coach and Product Manager to create a positive work atmosphere and ensure correct resource allocation and alignment with the product vision. By actively engaging in the Agile Community of Practice, you'll have the opportunity to share your knowledge and best practices, contributing to the growth of the team and the organization as a whole.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding the team through the Agile process and ensuring that they are equipped to meet their goals effectively.:

Facilitate sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings;; Maintain and prioritize the team's backlog;; Monitor deliverables and ensure adherence to Agile practices;; Promote a collaborative and communicative team environment;; Work with the team coach and Product Manager to ensure resource allocation aligns with project goals;; Participate in the Agile Community of Practice to share knowledge
