Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding multidisciplinary Agile teams dedicated to the development and testing of the infrastructure platform for our cutting-edge combat management systems. In this critical position, you will oversee the entire development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, integration, testing, validation, and product demonstrations. Our innovative infrastructure is set to serve as the foundation for our advanced products over the next three decades. As a Scrum Master, you will leverage your deep understanding of Agile principles and the Scaled Scrum process framework, acting as a mentor and coach to maximize the performance of your team. Your proactive approach and flexibility will enable you to effectively adapt to changing circumstances, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes and ensuring that the team adheres to the core principles of Agile methodologies. You will also be tasked with fostering a culture of self-organization and accountability within your team.:

Implement and manage Scrum processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;; Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members;; Analyze sprint metrics to identify areas for improvement in team performance;; Resolve conflicts within the team to maintain a productive work environment;; Coach and mentor team members and product owners in Agile practices;; Create and maintain documentation for processes and project progress;; Manage the Sprint Backlog to ensure focus on prioritized work items
