Job Description:
- We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master II to join our innovative software and product development team. In this role, you will embody an Agile mindset, working closely with both Software Engineering and Product Management teams to achieve our development goals. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where Agile principles are not just followed but embraced. You will facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Your ability to remove obstacles and coach teams will be vital in enhancing our delivery performance and efficiency. You will also support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and provide guidance on Agile best practices. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and experimentation in our processes.

As a Scrum Master II, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting one or more Agile teams to achieve their objectives while embodying the values of Scrum.:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-Ups and Sprint Planning;; Coach teams on removing impediments;; Work with metrics to improve team performance;; Foster team cohesion and ownership of commitments;; Assist Product Owner with backlog management and provide coaching
