You will also drive smaller development activities in collaboration with the team and business stakeholders, creating significant value for the organization.

In this role, you will primarily serve as the Scrummaster for a delivery team, responsible for facilitating the team's continuous improvement and development efforts. You will ensure effective communication of needs and deliveries with process and project managers, while also facilitating various agile meetings.:

Work in alignment with the organization's goals, business ideas, and policies to contribute to achieving company objectives.;; Identify and remove obstacles to help the team meet its sprint goals and deliverables.;; Lead scrum events such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.;; Promote communication within the team and with external stakeholders, including process and project managers.;; Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and insights, ensuring the team applies agile methodologies effectively.;; Act as a liaison between the team and its stakeholders, supporting the team's focus on delivering tasks.;; Provide process and project managers with information regarding schedules and planning, aiding in delivery.;; Ensure that business requirements are thoroughly developed before IT delivery.;; Monitor incidents reported to the team and plan for these in operational activities.

Qualifications:
