Job Description:
- As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager at AWS, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our most significant and intricate customers through their extensive cloud journey. This essential position requires you to ensure seamless collaboration across various AWS teams, resulting in successful outcomes for the customer. Your responsibilities will include serving as a strategic partner, leveraging your extensive experience in managing large-scale transformations, and facilitating customer engagement through different phases of AWS adoption. You will oversee operational, educational, and governance aspects crucial for a successful cloud transition. By interacting with senior leadership from both the customer and AWS, you will drive cooperation among core account groups such as Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services, as well as product and engineering teams. You will translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with critical customer milestones. Tasks such as executing educational plans, coordinating executive briefings, and managing go-live events will be under your purview. AWS encourages innovative thinking and ownership in addressing customer challenges, enabling you to proactively deliver solutions that enhance customer experiences. Your ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and project teams will be invaluable, and your leadership will significantly influence decision-making processes across the team.
