We are looking for a seasoned Senior Management Consultant to become an integral part of our dynamic team in Amsterdam. As a pivotal member of our consulting team, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients at the initial stages of recognizing and conceptualizing solutions for their software-related hurdles. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting clients with aging systems, enhancing existing software, or developing new applications from scratch. The ultimate goal is to deliver simplified, cloud-native solutions that are both efficient and adaptable to our clients' needs. In this role, you'll closely collaborate with client management teams, becoming a trusted advisor who assists them in addressing their significant business challenges through innovative software solutions. We value creativity highly, as each client engagement presents unique challenges that require tailored solutions. You will not find cookie-cutter answers here; instead, you'll leverage your extensive knowledge of diverse technologies to craft optimal solutions that fit specific client requirements and budgets.

The selected candidate will be responsible for various key tasks that drive our consulting engagements.:

Engage with prospective clients to assess their software challenges and requirements.;; Provide expert recommendations on potential solutions and facilitate early-stage consulting.;; Build trust with senior stakeholders, becoming a reliable advisor for strategic decision-making.;; Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define effective solutions tailored to their needs.;; Create prototypes to showcase the feasibility and advantages of proposed solutions.;; Establish foundational project structures, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource planning.;; Ensure clear documentation is available to support the successful initiation of project execution.
