Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Software Tester, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our IT projects. You will be responsible for defining the test strategies and maintaining comprehensive test plans that align with our project goals. Your expertise will be crucial as you develop and implement test automation strategies when applicable. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to track bugs and quality issues effectively. You will manage the testing process, keep a close eye on project statuses, and ensure that all necessary actions are taken to maintain high standards of quality. Your responsibilities will also include executing and documenting tests, reporting on testing progress, and performing system and acceptance testing, which involves working directly with users and stakeholders. Your keen eye will help assess the quality of deliverables and documentation, ensuring clarity and user-friendliness in system manuals. Additionally, you may be required to train users on both custom-developed and commercial off-the-shelf software applications. This role is essential for turning our digital visions into realities and fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
