Team-lead, IT Services Development

Job Description:

    We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee our IT Services Development team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the development, customization, and integration of our global IT services. As our organization continues to grow rapidly, you will lead initiatives that are key to our expansion. This involves not only managing internal IT services but also handling the digital transformation in a company where IT is central to all operations. Our services operate within essential sectors that are expanding quickly in a volatile environment, requiring us to ensure that our services evolve alongside the organization while maintaining the highest standards of availability and IT security. You will play a vital role in our transition from a product-focused company to a service-oriented business, which demands a swift adaptation of skills and processes embedded in efficient digital tools that support our growth both numerically and regionally.

As the Team Lead, you will manage our development team, ensuring the maintenance of our global development platforms while adapting and integrating IT services.     Lead the development team in maintaining and enhancing global IT services;; Drive architectural and platform discussions with subject matter experts;; Oversee quality assurance from external vendors;; Coach and foster an agile culture within the team
