Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing company that specializes in large-scale photovoltaic (PV), wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS) projects. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our development team and the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a new project management division while working alongside a team of industry veterans with extensive expertise in renewable energy. You will play a significant role in overseeing the technical due diligence processes for various renewable energy projects, ensuring that the company's ambitious pipeline of projects is executed to the highest standards. As the company is currently undertaking significant projects, including the construction of two PV parks with a combined output of approximately 65 MW, your contributions will be essential in driving these initiatives forward. Your insights and technical expertise will be critical in preparing and negotiating project contracts, coordinating with internal teams, and conducting on-site inspections. This position is ideal for professionals who are eager to advance their careers in project management within the renewable energy sector.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of key functions that are crucial for the successful execution of renewable energy projects.:

    Support the development team in conducting technical due diligence for open-space photovoltaic projects, wind farms, and battery storage systems;; Coordinate technical due diligence efforts across ongoing projects in collaboration with investment and asset management teams;; Implement tenders for EPC and O&M services as well as engage external consultants;; Prepare and negotiate project contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance;; Ensure all contractually obligated services are delivered by project participants;; Conduct construction site inspections, prepare defect lists, and oversee the resolution of any identified defects;; Review and prepare essential technical documentation for various projects
