Technical Project Manager in Embedded Systems

Job Description:

Our Product & Software Engineering business area is expanding, and we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about leadership and technology to help create true 'dream teams.' At AFRY, you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of industries, with clients in telecommunications, automotive, space, medical technology, and defense in the Gothenburg area. You will lead teams either in our product development department or on-site with clients. As a consultant at AFRY, you will have significant opportunities to broaden your knowledge and experience, making you a key player in our electronic development teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects within embedded systems development. You will actively drive technical projects, ensuring that teams meet their objectives while fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.:

    Lead and mentor agile teams to achieve project goals;; Drive technical project planning and execution;; Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders;; Support team members in overcoming challenges and achieving success;; Implement best practices in project management and software development
