Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President to join our dynamic team in Boston, MA. In this executive role, you will take the lead in executing our firm's engagements, which include a variety of transactions such as licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and financing. You will be involved from the inception to the completion of these projects, guiding Associates and Analysts throughout the process while working under senior oversight. Your responsibilities will also extend to new business development, where you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, conducting due diligence, and preparing strategic thought pieces. You will leverage your extensive network to build relationships with pharmaceutical companies and investors, fostering long-term partnerships that align with our mission. This role demands a deep understanding of the biopharma landscape and the ability to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies.
