    EnableComp is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Commercial Transformation to spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing our commercial operations. This pivotal role will focus on developing and executing comprehensive strategies that align sales, marketing, and operational processes to optimize revenue performance. The VP will work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities across new markets and products, ensuring that our commercial objectives align with the overarching strategic goals of the organization. This leader will be instrumental in implementing tools and technologies that facilitate commercial optimization and drive scalable growth. The successful candidate will leverage data analytics to measure key performance indicators and lead initiatives designed to enhance client retention and satisfaction. The role also encompasses managing commercial integration for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and maximizing revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing expertise in revenue cycle management and a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
