Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to join our expanding Healthcare M&A practice. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Managing Directors to cultivate relationships with clients, including private equity firms and both publicly and privately held companies. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in executing sell-side transactions within the middle market and demonstrate the ability to effectively engage with potential clients. This position offers significant exposure to international clients, enhancing your professional experience and network. As a Vice President, you will play a crucial role in driving our Healthcare M&A initiatives forward. Responsibilities include::
- Proactively reaching out to potential new clients, including private equity firms and business owners;; Developing and delivering compelling new business presentations aimed at securing transactions;; Leading the execution of M&A transactions from start to finish;; Managing, mentoring, and developing the skills of Associates and Analysts within the firm
