Job Description:

AxÖ Consulting is a consulting and recruitment firm with offices across various locations in Sweden. We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and play a pivotal role in guiding one or more development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering collaboration and ensuring that your teams work effectively towards shared goals. Your expertise will be crucial in organizing and leading planning sessions, sprint reviews, evaluations, and other Scrum-related activities that enhance product development after each sprint. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior Scrum Masters and Product Owners, helping them to grow and thrive in their roles.

IT Languages:

As a Scrum Master, you will be the facilitator for your teams, guiding them through the Agile process and ensuring that they adhere to Scrum principles.:

Organize and lead sprint planning sessions;; Conduct sprint reviews and retrospectives;; Coach teams to improve collaboration and productivity;; Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Product Owners;; Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress

Spoken Languages:

• Swedish;; English

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Familiarity with methodologies such as SAFe or Large-Scale Scrum (LESS) is advantageous
