Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Junior Software Test Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative software solutions. In this position, you will conduct comprehensive functional and integration testing in both IBM mainframe and client/server environments. You will proactively identify opportunities for test automation within various projects and lead the development of automation solutions and frameworks. Utilizing a range of test automation tools, you will execute test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of functionality. You will also be responsible for reviewing outputs to determine if test results align with established requirements, and if discrepancies arise, you will communicate these issues to the development team both verbally and in writing. Your role will involve coordinating test activities with project stakeholders, managing work assignments for timely testing completion, and training other personnel in automated testing tools. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to significant national security projects while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
