Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer who is comfortable taking the lead in both manual and automated testing tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, as this role requires significant collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business partners and developers. You will be responsible for providing functional application support, ensuring that any defects or issues are swiftly resolved. A strong background in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases is essential. Additionally, experience in retail or online store environments will be highly regarded. You should be able to thrive in a dynamic environment and work independently under pressure.

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities::
- Lead the quality assurance process and ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality.;; Develop and implement detailed test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.;; Perform both manual and automated testing to identify defects and validate functionality.;; Provide L2 production support and functional application support to end users.;; Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues in a timely manner.;; Host status meetings and facilitate ad hoc working sessions for project updates.
