In this position, you will collaborate closely with a diverse group of developers, data engineers, and machine learning engineers to create a user-friendly and robust chatbot experience. Your expertise in quality assurance will be vital in delivering exceptional user experiences through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices.

As a QA Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing test plans, performing manual testing, and improving QA processes to ensure the highest quality of our digital products.:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a robust chatbot.;; Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts based on requirements.;; Perform manual testing on data products, identifying and documenting defects.;; Log, track, and report bugs and issues using JIRA with detailed documentation.;; Maintain and enhance code quality through authoring and reviewing pull requests in GitHub.;; Contribute to the development and enhancement of QA processes and methodologies.
