Job Description:

Join the innovative Fire TV team, where we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our consumer electronics, which include set-top boxes and tablet computers powered by the Android operating system. As a critical member of our cross-functional team, you will engage in the design and development of groundbreaking consumer products that impact users worldwide. Your expertise in both automated and manual testing will play a vital role in the successful launch of our new devices. You will create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, meticulously report and verify defects, and provide final sign-offs on features and release candidates. Your collaboration with developers, product managers, and other QA professionals will ensure the delivery of top-notch features to our customers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to propose enhancements to existing processes and automated tools, thereby improving team efficiency and product quality.

As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, your responsibilities will include::

Developing and executing detailed test plans and test cases;; Conducting both automated and manual testing on Fire TV devices;; Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality;; Reporting and verifying defects throughout the testing cycle;; Acting as the primary liaison with external certification partners;; Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance testing efficiency
