Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Test Engineer to join our team in Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans, encompassing both manual and automated testing procedures. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest possible test coverage for our software and hardware system tests. You will regularly provide detailed quality and coverage reports, driving the resolution of any issues related to test status and quality. As part of your responsibilities, you will install, configure, and maintain various testing environments, focusing on the hardware and software tools necessary for effective testing. You will collaborate closely with agile development teams, planning and coordinating testing activities while advocating for quality and testing best practices within the team. Your efforts will contribute to continuous improvement processes, enhancing testing methodologies, and deploying new tests to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Collaboration with software and hardware research and development teams, as well as software release management, will be essential.
