Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Software Quality Assurance Tester who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the engineering team to grasp software requirements, develop comprehensive test plans, and execute various testing phases for software enhancements. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the Software Testing Life Cycle, which includes conducting requirements analysis, creating test cases and scenarios, executing tests, and documenting outcomes. You will ensure that the software meets all necessary requirements and is stable for production deployment. Your role will also involve performing various types of testing, including Regression, Functional, Performance, Usability, and User Acceptance testing. Additionally, you will document and manage defects, collaborate with the Product Manager for resolution, and participate in Sprint Planning sessions to assess testing risks and complexities. As part of your duties, you will also assist in troubleshooting software issues, create training materials for new releases, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing strategies and best practices.

Manage and execute the Software Testing Life Cycle, ensuring thorough testing processes are followed.;; Create detailed test cases and plans based on software enhancement requirements.;; Conduct a variety of tests including Regression, Functional, Performance, Usability, and User Acceptance testing.;; Document defects meticulously and work with the Product Manager for timely resolution.;; Participate in Sprint Planning and provide estimates on testing complexities.;; Document all testing activities and outcomes in the designated issue tracking system.;; Assist users with software support tickets and troubleshoot identified bugs.;; Develop training documentation related to new software releases.
