Your responsibilities will involve designing comprehensive test plans and procedures, generating detailed reports, executing automation scripts, and assisting developers in troubleshooting customer issues. Additionally, you will maintain a robust defect tracking system, support root cause analysis of defects, manage validation schedules based on project demands, and contribute to various reviews throughout the development process. Your expertise will also be crucial in designing and maintaining test infrastructure for automation test suites while overseeing validation activities assigned to our offshore teams. This role presents an exciting opportunity to impact how people experience sound in the automotive industry.

As a Software Test Engineer, your key responsibilities will encompass designing test plans, developing automation scripts, and managing testing processes to ensure high-quality audio experiences.:

Design and develop test plans and procedures;; Generate and analyze test reports;; Develop and execute automation scripts using Python;; Assist developers in debugging customer issues;; Maintain and update the defects database;; Support root cause analysis of defects;; Manage validation schedules based on project demands;; Participate in requirements and design reviews;; Design and maintain test infrastructure for automation;; Oversee validation activities for offshore teams
