Job Description:
- As a Software Tester, you will be integral in enhancing the software testing lifecycle, primarily focusing on automation. Collaborating closely with development teams, your efforts will be pivotal in automating test cases, pinpointing defects, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch software solutions. Your role will involve designing and developing automated test scripts using leading tools, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of our software products. The Software Tester will take on several key responsibilities that contribute to the testing process and overall software quality.:
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and UFT.;; Support the formulation of test automation strategies that align with the overall software development lifecycle.;; Automate various test cases including functional, regression, and performance tests to ensure they are efficient and maintainable.;; Collaborate with scrum teams to implement automation practices that facilitate early and continuous testing of software components.;; Utilize automation tools to run comprehensive test suites across multiple environments.;; Identify defects during automated testing and work closely with developers to facilitate prompt resolution.;; Keep abreast of new trends and technologies in test automation to improve testing processes.;; Maintain thorough documentation of automation test scripts and defect tracking.
