With over 12000 measuring solutions installed globally, we cater to small and medium-sized enterprises as well as large corporations in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, mechanical engineering, plastics, and medical technology. We are looking for a motivated Application Engineer to be part of our team at our headquarters in Wiesthal, Europe.

IT Languages:

The role involves various responsibilities related to measurement technology.:

Conduct measurement programming and perform job measurements, Demonstrate equipment for customers, Prepare and deliver software training and seminars for clients, Execute software testing procedures

Spoken Languages:

• English, German, French

Skillset:

• CAD software proficiency
• Measurement technology expertise
• Software testing knowledge
• Training and presentation abilities

Qualifications:

• Degree in mechanical engineering
• CNC technology
• computer science
• or a related field
• Strong technical understanding
• particularly with technical drawings and CAD models
• Mathematical proficiency
• including knowledge of vectors
• coordinate systems
• and 3D geometries
• Experience in coordinate measuring technology or CNC environments is a plus
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and German; knowledge of French is desirable
• Strong logical reasoning skills
• Ability to work in a structured
• goal-oriented
• and accurate manner
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
