Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in Hamburg. In this role, you will play a crucial part in scaling our market platform to support our continued business growth. You will work collaboratively with a Product Owner and an agile, cross-functional team, focusing on innovative approaches to software development. Your primary responsibilities will include enhancing our existing software solutions to drive business growth, taking charge of green-field projects particularly in finance, and managing other side-projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining our services to ensure stable operations. This position offers a chance to work closely with a supportive IT team and engage with colleagues across various departments such as Business Development and Sales, allowing for a rich collaborative environment.

Develop and improve software solutions to support business growth, Lead green-field projects in finance and manage various side-projects, Ensure that our services are running smoothly and maintain operational stability, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions

• Broad experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Experience designing relational databases and working with MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript using React
• Strong testing practices using tools like Junit

• Several years of professional experience in backend development
